Yoga for teens aims to provide a fun, inspiring and relaxing style of yoga. Yoga can help young people manage challenges at school, improve their concentration, and promote self-awareness. It also builds physical strength, improves their breathing and encourages self-acceptance.

Services
I focus on breath, movement and self-awareness, combined with elements of listening to your body, and giving in to relaxation. My yoga classes are personal, fun and varied. I like to create a space for yoga using music of all genres to inspire, invigorate, focus and relax. I provide spoken and hands-on adjustments to bring your body into better alignment, facilitating strengthening and stretching.
For group classes please bring your own mat. I will usually have a couple of spares in case you are new to yoga and want to try it out before buying, or if you are more experienced but forget your own! It is your responsibility to inform the teacher if you have any injuries or ailments that may affect your practice prior to the start of each class so that suitable modifications can be provided.
