If you are looking for a yoga practice or for a bodyworker, you are in a right place. I am a Registered Experience Teacher with Yoga Alliance, member of Forrest yoga hoop. I had flying teaching hours over 4000, over 750 hours of trainings and assistings anatomy, bodywork and myofascial release, over 20 years meditation practices and a natural breath work as of living with asthma.

I set up yoga classes in Cambridge to built a community and to give the practitioners the options of practicing with independent teachers. The classes are now online as well as live. A few pictures of yoga and travel journey. Of course, these are only moments in time which do not portray the fullness of what is yoga for me.
Services
YOGA is a big part in my life, I promote safe practice so we can simply practice longer. I encourage mindfulness by closely watch our breath and how it connects to our thoughts, emotions, and movements. I give hand assist, adjustment and detailed cues so we can engage the necessary muscles and understand our biomechanics before we go deeper in our practice.
If you feel you are in need of a more focused attention, whether starting your journey in yoga, advancing your journey, needing a help with mobility in some part of your body, or even just to improve a general health and well being, do not hesitate to contact me. I teach 1:1 and group private classes which are designed to your specific needs and goals.
150 minutes dedicated practice for lifting the heart and liberating the mind. The best way to start your new year, to put your intents and gear up for your practice. The heart centre is the key. When we feel confident, loved, warm, accepted, we lifted up the chest and our posture all perfectly lift up and erect.
Iir is an excellent teacher. She breaks down poses and explains how to do them bit by bit. She won't let you risk your body in any way that might not be safe for you, which I greatly appreciate. But she enables you to challenge yourself within your personal reach. This year, I am so amazed that I have learned how to do a headstand safely and properly.
It is a technique based on evidence and the latest finding in biomechanic and injury related. By recognizing which places in the body that pull together and shortened or over stretch and weak, we can understand and feel why in some part of the body become create instable or limited.

Using the myofascial release technique, as well as intuitive caress and basic understanding of structural of our functional anatomy, we can improve these places and bring them back into their equilibrium state. In bodywork, I promote kind touches as well as deep breathing to connect within our body.

Since Iir taught me to ‘scoop under’ and roll down / forward my lower shoulder blades, my upper back and shoulders have been feeling strong and pain free! Iir has anatomical insights that really suit me, and is the only yoga teacher I know teaching these directives. Thank you and good luck!
