BISL are able to provide those staff as and when they are needed, offering dedicated, enthusiastic and skilled nurses and healthcare assistants to NHS Trusts in the North West.
We ensure that we provide the same level of trust, care and service to our employees as they do to the NHS Trusts and care homes they work at. If there are no particular shifts on a given day that best suit the needs and skills of our staff, we will tell them honestly to ensure that they have time to plan their free time.
