The practice has been in existence since 1928 and joined the NHS on its inception in 1948. Now in its third premises, it has never moved from the Springfield Road and London Road area of Horsham. We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format.

It has been designed with the patient's needs at the forefront of everything, from checking surgery times to letting us know what you think of us. Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues.
Services
It is important to make this initial appointment as early as possible - at least 6 weeks before you travel - as a second appointment will be required with the practice nurse to actually receive the vaccinations. These vaccines have to be ordered as they are not a stock vaccine. Your second appointment needs to be at least 2 weeks before you travel to allow the vaccines to work.
If you are ill while away from home or if you are not registered with a doctor but need to see one you can receive emergency treatment from the local GP practice for 14 days. After 14 days you will need to register as a temporary or permanent patient. You can be registered as a temporary patient for up to three months.

It has become almost impossible to get an appointment with a GP, either face-to-face or on the phone. This morning i have been on the line for 1 hour and 38 minutes for someone to answer my call! at the end they told me to go to the urgent services in crawly as they could not book an appointment for me.

Why oh why, are you hiring the receptionists that won't even say "hi" nor "bye"to patients? I mean even the queen waves to the crowd.
The most rude and judgemental people.
Haven't had problems with the doctors though. But you need to be lucky to actually see them.

They are just getting worse. Called about an eye problem was told by the receptionist to go to Specsavers ! Google won't let me give zero stars.

We have been with this surgery for 3 years and the negative encounters have certainly outweighed the positive ones. Our experience today fell inadequately short of basic care which is both infuriating and upsetting.
We had little luck with the Livi service the day before as we were very concerned that our 4 year olds son’s nasty cough that he had had for 10 days was becoming more croup like with tonsillitis. He has a history of croup and coupled with his autism which makes verbal communication very difficult, we felt we had little choice but to try and arrange a GP appointment with the likelihood

Refused a disabled patient with severe mental health disorders and suicidal thoughts access to mental health care. Further telling them to "Go to the Job Center and get a job". I cannot understand how this practice is still in operation when openly putting lives at risk by denying healthcare to someone because they're unemployed.

Compared to this surgery, a chocolate fireguard is actually a handy thing. The surgery is also very lucky to have their receptionist, who is a specialist on everything and does everything possible to avoid you speaking to an actual doctor. She is like magic (and a bit rude) firewall. What the surgery does well is to divert all patients to nearby hospitals, so what could be a quick 10 minutes check-up turns into a day worth of driving around the country and keeping A&Es busy (not very nice when you do this with toddlers).
