This review concerns my experience of their customers service following an online ordered that I ultimately cancelled.
My first impressions of the website were positive, easy to use and showed what I thought were in stock items.. however this was not the case.. a few days after pacing my order it was still showing as pending so I contacted them to find out why, it turns out that they didn’t have the bat in stock and were waiting for delivery from the manufacturer.. I was okay with this but would have expected them to contact me to clarify rather than the other way round.. things then went further

Item stated In Stock on there Website only to be told 12 days later after 2 emails sent, phone calls, and several attempts to phone more (always engaged), that the supply cant supply and blamed it on there manual system....which surely they update!
Very dissapointed as wasted my time....bought elsewhere and email same day to say dispatched!

Talent cricket has an awesome collection of bats, when everything goes well there is a finest product in your hands. I had a pathetic experience and this is more of a caution for buyers, specifically international buyers. I had an order several products including an expensive bat that totals to around 800 USD. They had a bag that was backlogged first, I requested a different bag, no action. after the bag showed, the wickets were out of stock, I said something similar was fine, no action. And then there were no gloves and this went on for near 3 months. Order placed on 15th April, a few products

Wow! Where do I start with how amazing Talent Cricket are? We needed a new bat for my son. He's only 13 but tall so we weren't sure what bat would be best to get. It is so difficult with the shops being closed! I sent Talent Cricket a message and Paul called me straight away. He gave me advice on what were important factors to think about when choosing a bat. He then gave me all of the bats they had available that would be suitable for my son. He also advised that if it wasn't suitable when it arrived we would be able to visit when the shop was able to reopen and we would be able to change it.

Excellent shopping experience from Paul and the team at Talent. Due to the current lockdown, buying equipment at the moment hasn’t been easy, but Talent have adapted well with great communication and support.
From sending photos to checking the ping and pickup they are going out of their way to make sure I get all the key details to make an informed decision. Quality service and great prices, I’m really happy with what I’ve bought so far and will definitely be back for more.

This was my first purchase from Talent Cricket, I placed an order for Gray Nicolls Shock Wave 4 Star, along with a complete kit including GM 606 Mythos Pad, Gloves, GM Helmet, GM 707 wheelie Bag for my personal club cricket use.
I need to mention this guy handling the orders Andy. he helped me choosing the bat by sending the pics of it via email and as i was not pleased with the grains he helped me in swapping the bat for GM Noir Signature. I troubled him a lot in choosing this bat by asking him to share pics of many GM Noir bats and finally chose one. He was very patient in handling me and supported
