I bought a pair of shoes for work and they arrived within two days. Brillaint.
Shoes did not fit, so returned exactly as instructed.
About two weeks later I received a message saying they had received the shoes.
After a month I sent an email asking about my refund as I had received nothing further.
After another two weeks of no reply I called them today. Apparently someone will get back to me within 24 hours.
The person I spoke to practically hung up on me when I said I was not happy.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Seems this company is a scam just like everyone else reviews. Ordered a pair of Cat Wide fit safety shoes, still hasn't arrived and I get absolutely no response from this company. What a joke, how is it that a business can operate like this? How can they not reply to their customers?

Ordered a pair of Cat Framework boots friday 12:30 pm paid extra for 1to 3 days delivery delivered the next day around 11am
From ordering them to having them on my feet in less than 24 hours is a good service also got free Cat baseball cap and 3 pairs of Cat socks
Boots really comfortable too highly recommend

Purchased a pair of site trainers 8 weeks ago and have not received a thing yet. I have emailed numerous occasions and phoned a handful of times to chase these up but nothing.
AVOID! These are scam artists. They have taken money and supplied no goods despite their Google ads advert stating next day delivery available. Now contacting bank to arrange a refund.

Ordered a pair of work boots which came quite quickly. However, they were too small so returned a few hours after receiving them. They have received them over 9 days ago yet not refunded me so phoned and spoke to a customer service agent who was very rude and abrupt when I asked where my refund was. Would never order from them again.
