Established in 1983 Belinda's Master Bakers operate 2 shops and a bakery on the south coast of England in Hampshire and Dorset. Belinda's shops specialise mainly in bakery goods such as bread, rolls, flour confectionery, pastries and tea rooms. Belinda's also make speciality cakes such as wedding cakes, birthday cakes, christening cakes etc. and offer catering for events.

Belinda's is a family run, traditional craft bakery on the outskirts of the New Forest, founded in 1983 and run by Peter Ellis, his wife Ruth and their children. Peter is a Master Baker. He had his first contact with the baking industry when he left school aged 15 and went to work for a family run bakery in Essex.
A good loaf is made by a good baker, with good technique and good equipment - but a good loaf begins with good flour, and Belinda's Bakery has always used the best: Wessex Mill. It too is a family run business, albeit one with a much longer history, dating back to 1898. Most notably, the Wessex Cobber won two stars and the Strong White gained a one star award.
We provide catering for Southampton, Ringwood, Bournemouth, Wiltshire, Hampshire and Dorset. Belinda's cater for all sorts of events and parties large or small. From wedding catering to birthday party catering, catering for funerals to catering for private parties and events.

When I moved to Ringwood nearly 2 years ago. I bumped into the owner of the bakery at a local store. He over heard me advise that I was new to the area and advised that his Bakery was award winning and they always go the extra mile and to pop in anytime. Even told me I could get a free pizza and pop in when ever I liked. I work extremely hard and long hours so still have not had a chance to get a pizza especially with lock down, but have used the bakery a few times. No problems.
Though today.. I finally had a day off and decided to pop in and get myself a sausage roll. I have never been spoken

We came in this morning, to your fordingbridge branch and politely asked where your bacon was from. A lady rudely replied ‘from the shop’! We are well aware that bacon, well factory farmed bacon comes from a shop however being a local bakery we asked as we only eat free range meat and simply asked, as we hoped your meat had come from a free range… and high welfare supplier. It clearly does not but a simple answer in a polite manner would have sufficed! We were told we would probably get a nicer sandwich from the bakery down the road (🤣🤣🤣) which today we

I don't know why I haven't visited more often. Just down the road from us in Poulner and perfect when we want a treat for lunch. My sausage roll was amazing, better than greggs which is (believe it or not high… praise!), and my partner loved his Tuna sub. I've had biscuits, cakes and donuts from here aswell and they have all been delicious!

Very poor service and food tonight. Ordered 2 pizzas. On collection they did not have enough topping to fulfil the order we had placed. These pizza’s are pricey and there was no apology or offer of discount or refund. They even had to go next door to purchase more cheese!! Got even worse when I got home to find not only was I lacking on the toppings but the large pizza was the size of a medium pizza!! All in all really not good valve for money. Have had some good pizza’s in the past but never consistent and tonight’s was by far the worst.

Spent over 20 quid today on 7 rolls To be made up. And to be honest they looked thrown together with nothing what's so ever inside it. Ham salad with under half a slice of ham in a baguette Breakfast baguette with brown sauce and got sausage with nothing not even butter.wasnt even busy when I went in.
Fir over £20.00 I would have expected some salad in the ham salad and chicken salad but got 4bits of small square chicken in large bap n no bloody salad. So come lunch time when wanted to eat I just as well had a plain dry roll along with the families rolls.
