Services
Pre-School Muffins is our learning zone for those aged 3-5 years, preparing for 'Big' School. We're here to ensure each child at Ragamuffins Day Nursery flourishes in every conceivable way!. I cannot thank you all enough for the dedication and loving environment you have provided for Joseph and all of the other children, helping them grow into the independent, lovely children they are.
We want you to be happy and at ease that you're making the right choice when choosing Ragamuffins. We offer a settling in period that may consist of two shorter sessions or one longer stay, depending on your circumstances and the needs of your child. We provide fruit, toast & milk at breakfast time, all drinks & light snacks throughout the day, along with an optional hot lunch service at an additional daily cost of 2.00.
We cannot thank you and praise the nursery enough for assisting in the development of our daughter since she attended Ragamuffins at a young age. We can't believe the Ragamuffins chapter has come to an end - we will look back with such fond memories of both George's & Sophie's time with you. They have loved their time at Ragamuffins and we want to say a big thank you for making the last 7 years happy and memorable.
Staff have high expectations of what each child can achieve. The dynamic delivery of teaching by staff keeps all children captivated and fully focused at all times. Children busy themselves in their chosen play and are totally engaged and active participants in their own learning.

Excellent settling-in procedures ensure children are ready for the move from home to nursery and between rooms when the time comes. Staff are very attentive and young children receive lots of cuddles. This helps them to feel happy and settled.
