A big thank you to Heather, Laura and Tracey for making my first visit to the practice so pleasant.
I purchased a new pair of glasses which I’m so over the moon with. The above mentioned girls, took the time to get to know me, what I like and what frames suit me. I felt so valued the entire time - the overall experience in the practice was wonderful. By taking the time to get to know me and what I do, added the extra personal touch.
From start to finish the entire customer journey was absolutely fantastic!

Although I have been wearing glasses for quite a few years this was first time with Jill. I moved here as her opening times suited me better being in full time employment. I’m so glad I did. Jill is a lovely lady and gave me a thorough eye test and made me feel at ease throughout. She has a superb selection of frames... too many to chose from but I ended up picking a Tiffany & Co pair. I have received so many compliments about them too. I ended up getting a new pair of prescription sunglassses as well a few weeks later 😎. I also want to mention the ladies who work in Reception. Each one has
