I was recommended Kate by a friend and she has done amazing job so far. Considering my situation, I actually got a mortgage offer when others wouldn't give me one. She works at getting you the best mortgage available.

I had previously sourced my own mortgage and had run into some issues, so decided this time to go via a broker. Whole process was very well explained and I got a mortgage specific to my needs (i.e. term, repayments and extensions as its a new build etc). Buying a property is never a simple process and Kate has been very responsive regards questions and requests as we move towards completion!

I was highly recommended by a colleague to use a mortgage broker for my purchase and sale of properties during my moving process .I hadn`t considered this before and I didn't have much idea of what I was doing myself .My colleague had used Kate as an advisor and couldn't speak highly enough so I gave Kate a call to help .

Kate was amazing in helping us in all aspects of our home buying and mortgage application experience, we couldn’t fault the customer service that she provided and she was extremely supportive especially when I had my mini meltdowns when things got rather overwhelming for me at times.
We will definitely be returning to her once our fix rate is up, for her knowledge & understanding of the housing market was excellent and we would definitely recommend to anyone who is in need of a mortgage broker.

My partner and I used Kate for our first mortgage, having defaults and poor credit ratings meant we couldn't use high Street lenders but we were assured by Kate that we will get a mortgage, and that she did! Our first one fell through (no fault of anyone bar our own) but with 2 days Kate had us another mortgage lined up and being sorted!! Even with the way things are at the moment she was always available or giving solicitors a poke to make sure things were moving along
