A homeowner loan is a loan that is in addition to your mortgage and is secured to your property. You must own your own home to be eligable for this product. As a homeowner loan is secured to your property you can borrow the funds over a longer period of time from 5 years to 25 years. You can borrow any amount from 5000 up to 500,000 and as the loan is secured to your property.

Solution Mortgages helped us twice over the recent years. First we re-mortgaged to get some equity out to renovate. Last year, we sold our old house and required some more money to buy a new one. Everything was handled quick and professional, the answer to a question just a phone call away. It is almost, you tell them what you want and they do the rest for you. I'm sure, I will use them again if I want to change my mortgage.
