Started a mortgage application and at the end been declined by lender. However, no feedback from mojo whatsoever. Went to a different broker went through no problem. I believe they didn't apply to a suitable lenders. Don't blame handler though probably been told to leave the case since this is a high turnover company rather than looking at individual case. Only use if you need a simple remortgage!

Avoid!!!!! Wasted over and hour speaking to advisor on Saturday afternoon going over personal financial information who advised all looked good and they would call back Monday morning knowing needed mortgage application processed in tight timescales only to not bother returning the call. Complete time wasters who will result in purchase falling through. AVOID!!!!!!!!!

Poor experience with slow communication by email, the phone line is always on voicemail, and the agents on the "chat" system seem largely unable to help with anything.
Also had to resolve a number of errors in our application and it's not clear whether these errors initially came from Mojo or the lender's admin teams.
Response times and general progress have improved considerably since issuing a complaint. I've also received an email in direct response to an earlier version of this review.

I made a telephone appointment where I was offered a great mortgage deal. 5 days later, I chased mojo up as I was keen to go ahead and they didn't respond. After leaving numerous messages for them, I got through and I was told that my mortgage advisor would call me later in the day. I never received a call. I did receive an email with a different offer. I emailed back to find out how to proceed with either offer and a couple of weeks later after sending numerous emails and leaving numerous voicemail messages, no one has bothered to get back to me

Been trying to get in touch with Mojo for a week for an application status update after three weeks of silence. We gave up in the end and tried asking the lender directly only to be told they requested additional documentation from Mojo 9 days ago. Not a word of this was said to us, we've since sent the docs directly to the lender skipping out the roadblock in the middle (Mojo).. Do not use these guys, their offers were the same as elsewhere and we're disappointed we chose them over the competition.

Mojo Mortgages have been amazing and I can’t thank them enough. They succeeded where 8 other brokers failed to get me a mortgage. They were courteous, helpful, responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. We even received a beautifully packaged moving in gift box after completion with some really lovely coffee, biscuits, chocolate etc. in. They saw the process through right to the end. They also contact you when your fixed term mortgage ends to see if they can help further. I will be forever grateful for their help!

Very straight forward process. Application details entered online, response immediately on whether can progress. Mortgage in principle certificate available. Following is a phone appointment at a selected convenient time. After tailoring to your needs, a product is offered and application progressed if happy. Phone or email updates as application progresses.
