These can be downloaded below. If you are not registered with a GP you will be unable to see one unless you have a serious emergency. In most other cases, calling 111 is a better option. If you are ill while away from home and need treatment for more than 14 days, you will need to register with a GP as a temporary resident.
Your prescription request is processed by the surgery then sent to your chosen pharmacy who need time to prepare your medication. Please allow 5 full working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) from ordering before you collect your prescription. With SystmOnline New users need to request an account.

Excellent service today from Brackley Medical Centre. I phoned the surgery at about 9.15am, explained my problem and was told someone would ring me back sometime before lunch. I was called back within five minutes, and spoke to a very helpful lady called Sophie who went through my symptoms and said I needed some medication which she would request and text me when the prescription was ready. Less than an hour later I received the text to say it was done, and I collected it shortly after. The pharmacy was very busy, but the staff were very friendly and efficient. Very impressed.

I went to the Pharmacy to collect pre ordered Covid testing kits. The staff were very rude (especially the young girl who had a bad attitude) and clearly didn't want to be there after Christmas. Staff were shoutat customers. Main issue was the limit of customers allowed in the Pharmacy when there wasn't a sign to tell customers.

Trying to register for my family after moving to the area as our son needs to be seen by a doctor, was told I cannot register without proof of address, even though the gov.uk website states no fixed address needs to be given, I was told actually that is true, but it's easier for them if we have an address, and was then told they couldn't register us, even as a temporary registration.
Clearly no patient care is considered, neither physical health (as I stated I would like my son to have an appointment), nor mental health (as they let me leave the practice in tears).

Some unbelievable derogatory comments on here for such a great new health centre. I've called many times and sometimes needed to call back due to their lines being busy. There are, after all, only so many calls they can deal with at a time! If I had a relative needing emergency treatment I'd take them to A&E at the nearest hospital if BMC were too busy! I think some expect far too much from GPS. They are general practitioners not specialists! My findings over the last few months for my elderly father are positive and happy with the efficiency and professionalism I expect to receive.

My 2 year old son has had to live with regular ear infections which resulted in him having a perforated ear drum due to constantly being fobbed off and misdiagnosed. Promises of call backs that never happened and repeated incompetence. We ended up taking our son to the J.R. as it felt like the BMC didn't really care. I understand things have been tough recently but our child should not be dismissed the way he was on numerous occasions, I really hope there is no long term damage.

Absolutely no idea about children's mental health and missed vital signs thankfully spotted by a paramedic. Who literally SAVED MY SONS LIFE
We had a paramedic out who spotted something in my son after an emergency call out. Dr didn't even bother looking into even though I had asked but seemed to believe mother than facts they had from professionals.
I would seriously consider taking children here ..

Best GP I have experienced
This surgery is fantastic..! The two doctors I have seen have been fantastic - empathetic, knowledgeable and receptive to insights from their patients. One doctor actually noted a technique I had used to successfully recover from anxiety symptoms, all of this is so refreshing. The reception staff are amazing too, going above and beyond when I have had a specific or pressing request and in my experience they are always friendly. Keep up the good work Brackley Medical Centre - you are a shining example of how a GP's surgery should be.
