Services
It is important to make this initial appointment as early as possible - at least 6 weeks before you travel - as a second appointment will be required with the practice nurse to actually receive the vaccinations. These vaccines have to be ordered as they are not a stock vaccine. Your second appointment needs to be at least 2 weeks before you travel to allow the vaccines to work.
If you need urgent medical advice during surgery hours, please phone the surgery on 01923 318989. Please be prepared to give some information to the receptionist. If you need medical advice or to see a doctor urgently when the surgery is closed please telephone the NHS 111 service. Please Dial '111' your call will be free from a landline or mobile.
We work closely with other healthcare professionals who are part of our Primary Health Care Team working in the community, such as the district nursing team, midwives and health visitors. These services are provided by the Milton Keynes Primary Care Trust (PCT) and are based Hospital Campus Eaglestone Milton Keynes.
Having an ill child can be a very scary experience for parents. If you understand more about the illness it can help you to feel more in control. This booklet is for parents (and older children) and deals with common infections in children who are normally healthy. There is a good guide on the NHS website which describes various conditions affecting children.
This factsheet is for people who have chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), or who would like information about it. These links all come from trusted resources but if you are unsure about these or any other medical matters please contact your doctor or pharmacist for advice. Horrible GP practice and not very nice staff either, you will likely never get an appointment to see a doctor or nurse here. You are told to ring at 8am to make your appointment it either goes to answer phone, you get hung up on or no answer. If by chance you do get through you will be greeted with the classic line ‘ There’s no more appointments for today ring back tomorrow at 8am.’ You can’t make any appointments for the future either it’s really luck of the draw at 8am to get an appointment on that day. I also had a situation where my prescription was handed over to someone else, this

I am writing this review in the name of my partner whom is a cancer patient.
to get an appointment with the doctor one needs to start calling a constantly busy line from 8am , by 9;30am- she managed to get through- only to be told that she can have a doctors appointment on the phone -at any time of the day - the doctor will make only one attempt to get in touch.
the most insensitive GP told my partner that he cant be bothered to follow on with her cancer treatments- by saying "i dont have time for that"
"you have too many problems". what a... (SHE TOOK 6 MIN OF HIS TIME)

Brilliant practice, been registered here 25 years, reception staff are lovely and always helpful, I've seen them be spoken to appallingly and remain polite, they are all worth their weight in gold. The doctors are great, over the years I've had my favourites, but never had any concerns about seeing any of them, I did have had a couple of issues with one locum about 5 years ago who didn't read my notes properly but was swiftly sorted. The secretarial staff are also lovely. Have tried to have dealings with the current practice manager but they operate a closed door policy unlike her predecessor the

When i've managed to get an appointment the staff have been great the trouble is 45 minutes of redialling the phone only to get an engaged tone and then when it goes through it rings until you're cut off and then the redialling continues.
I am understanding that during this pandemic they are probably busier but when you're health is dependent on speaking to a doctor once a month or so there needs to be a better system.
