I have found all the staff, From doctors to reception staff, to be patient, helpful, concerned and thorough. Appointments are usually prompt and timely and the patient is given every consideration.
The doctors provide many treatments, but make good use of the various specialist staff in the Friarage Hospital and the James Cook University Hospital.
I cannot fault them in any way and recommend them to any new patient.

My local GP surgery is an asset to the community. I believe that the quality is very good and the Doctors are happy to help their patients. The Receptionists are pleasant and the dispensary staff helpful to those who have made the transition from teen to adult easy i.e. paying for prescription charges etc. I would recommend this surgery to anyone local and in need of a GP surgery.
