Services
The practice strives to provide a full range of medical services to all patients. For those patients who have an urgent medical need to be seen, same day appointments are always available. There may be a time when you are too unwell to attend the surgery. If you feel that you need a visit from your Doctor, please telephone 01642 270033 and if possible give an indication of the nature of your problem.
The doctors surgeries generally run after the morning meeting, from 09:30 - 11.30 and 14:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday. You need to make a separate appointment for each member of the family that wishes to seek advice from the doctor. Please ensure you have your phone nearby on the day of your appointment.
If your registration request is rejected you will be provided with a full written explanation. If your request is accepted you will be asked to complete a new patient questionnaire. If you move outside the practice boundary you must inform the surgery and register with a local doctor as soon as possible.
Appointments can be booked upto 1 week in advance for any of the doctors, nurses, etc. through reception by telephoning 01642 270033. The doctors surgeries generally run from 09:00 - 11.30 and 14:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday. Appointments with the doctor will be for 10 minutes. If you need longer please ask when making the appointment.
Care navigation is a tried and tested model of care that improves access to primary care services for patients and reduces GP pressures all in one. It allows front line staff to provide patients with more information about local health and well-being services, both within and outside of primary care, in a safe, effective way.

I have been registered with this practice my entire life going back to when it was based in Langdon Square. I feel very grateful to be registered with such a great practice. All their staff, from receptionists to the nurses, pharmacist and of course the GP partners themselves. They have done so much to help me that I can honestly say their care, kindness and compassion has taught me the value of true altruism. They have really great connections with the Social Prescribing network from Middlesbrough & Stockton mind too, which in these challenging times when people are struggling with mental health

Worst doctors for mental health help. After having a mental break down, one doctor told me to pull my socks up and just enjoy life, I have nothing to be anxious for, and another doctor told me to put all my anxiety in a box, lock it up and throw away the key. I suffer from anxiety and depression from a very traumatic childhood and the beginning of my adulthood. I'm disgusted by these doctors and have now changed. The one star is for the reception team who are very helpful.
