Have been registered with CMG since I was nine, followed Dr Robertson (who is now retired and no longer at the surgery) from Cleveland center practice. Was good doctors surgery but has become an embarrassment. I am diabetic and my wife was disgusted when I was asked to leave the doctors office for being drunk. I was having a hypo which the doctor failed to notice and then reprimanded me about respect. A real shame that a once good practice is now so utterly ridiculous and full of staff that are at best rude and consistently lacking any emphathy.

I am writing this review on behalf on my Grandad Mohammed Latif. I have been suffering for a while with severe head pain however one visit with Doctor Naeem, he got to the root of the problem in no time and the medicine has resolved the issue. Dr. Naeem and his wife Dr. Shakoor have been wonderful in all my dealings with them and cant recommend this surgery enough keep up the good work.

Shocking lack of service. Gave a GP callback to the wrong number, ended up ringing 111 who prescribed pain killers. They didn't work, called 111 again to be told to make my own way to A&E. More painkillers, still not working. Called this morning for an emergency appointment to be offered a GP callback later today. I need a proper examination, not a chat. We'll be moving practises.

Popped into the practice yesterday to register for Online medical system. Kindly greeted by a lovely receptionist who asked me to fill in a form and I registered all the family within 10 minutes.
Whilst we were there my wife asked if it was possible to make an appointment as she required to see a doctor. Again the kind receptionist mentioned we should call at 0800hrs the next day and ask for an emergency appointment.
As instructed I called 0800hrs and was placed number 4 in the call list. My call was answered after 7 minutes and a very kind and compassionate lady called Jessica at reception took

Currently sat waiting for my appointment that was over 50 minutes ago. I appreciate that GP's are busy but even just an acknowledgement from the reception staff or communication letting patients know that they are running late would be appreciated. I've seen this practice deteriorate over the last 6 months as a result of new ownership and after my experience today, I will not be returning. There was three other patients in the waiting room saying the same thing. Unless things drastically change, they'll have no patients to see.

Family has been a patient here for years. But it is noticeable that in the past few months the service has deteriorated quite considerably. Once phones were answered quickly and it was possible to get an non-urgent appointment in the next few days. Not anymore. I have spent, over the last three weeks or so, more time than I care to remember holding on, waiting to speak to the 'next available agent'! This after receiving texts to ask me to phone to make two appointments for two different review clinics. I have been trying for the same time to book myself a blood test.
What makes it worse is to receive
