I'd avoid this doctors. Ive had quite a few awful experiences with rudeness, neglect, poor service from some doctors and and have not received the care I need. Over an hour spent waiting on the phone on several occasions then receptionists that are guarded and unhelpful. I understand why the staff are constantly under attack from disgruntled patients which is inexcusable but the problems they have would be better resolved with improving their service than putting threatening signs everywhere blaming 'patient behaviour'. It's oppressive and intimidating when you attend and you will likely be left

This is a very busy practice, yes, sometimes things go wrong. BUT it is a very good practice and there are plenty of doctors and nurses. The Receptionists are nice and helpful. I have also had to see and speak to doctors and nurses during Covid and have had no problem. There is also Day Lewis Pharmacy on site which are also very good. There is parking on site and across the road. I am happy that I am a patient.

It saddens me to write this, as I have been a patient since birth. But over the last 5 months I have been continuously, consistently, and repeatedly let down by the Drs here. I have been given incorrect information, a referral has been forgotten to be sent, meaning I am now 5 months down the line and nowhere. The referral I need, once sent, has a 6 month waiting list and ever growing. And I’ve just lost 5 months because they haven’t sent the referral.

I have found reception & pharmacy staff extremely helpful and polite at Crossley St. Surgery; however this 5 star review is mostly to the credit of Dr Zandra Quinn. Dr Quinn has shown patience, compassion and a genuine interest in patient well-being every time I have seen her. I have had truly awful experiences in the past with GPs with regards to mental health care, but Dr Quinn has treated my queries and concerns with great attention and respect giving me advice & support that has helped improve my quality of life in a profound way. She has always conversed with me and treated me as a human

The worst appointment ever in my life. I was very distressed after the consultation. He was almost laughing about my problem. I felt very poorly treated with no dignity. The staff were not very helpful either. It's chaotic - you have to spend so much time trying to get through to the Surgery and pray to see a good Dr when you finally reach the receptionist.

Not very helpful receptionists left standing for quite some time whilst they typed an email and spoke to her colleagues about lunch , it always seems very cold and abrupt ,it probably explains why they feel they need to put signs up about abuse . Although I don’t accept anyone being abused you can empathise with peoples patience being stretched if all the reception can do is ignore you and talk about lunch. #time for new docs
