Jacaranda was created by Bee, Jon & Ian in 1998 with the collective aim to establish a catering company with a reputation for exceptional food and service, attention to detail and value for money. Now well known throughout Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire, we are proud to say along our journey we have reached all our aims (and more!) and continue to grow and develop as a business.

We specialise in marquee event catering and have over 10 years of experience in creating and catering for memorable parties & weddings. So much so that we have our own dedicated Marquee specialist, Minty, who will be on hand every step of the way to ensure your marquee event is a grand success.

Jacaranda were absolutely fantastic throughout the planning of our wedding and the entire day.
Their food is of such a high standard, it really is incredible to get such quality for so many guests, it really is fine dining.
The team were all brilliant, massive thank you to Phern and Jules for looking after us so well! Your team on our wedding day were also wonderful, so helpful, polite and nothing was too much trouble for all of them!
We found out about Jacaranda due to our wonderful venue choice Ramster Halls, a fabulous combination of a beautiful venue with stunning food from the canapés

Jacaranda catered our wedding at Ramster Hall in October and it was exceptional - both the food and the experience of working with them. They tailored the menu to suit us and everything was absolutely delicious, and we had many comments from our guests about how good the food was.
They have been a pleasure to deal with - so flexible with our Covid related rearrangements and Jenni was very helpful whilst we were finalising our requirements. Hannah and the team on the day did everything they could to ensure we had the best day ever. They were flexible, calm, professional and had amazing attention

Jacaranda were truly outstanding at catering my delayed wedding at Ramster. We had so many comments regarding the delicious food and the attentive service. Leading up to the day we really enjoyed our tasting evenings and they were very flexible despite the challenges of Covid. Special thanks has to go to Hannah, from setting up she was incredibly creative and helped to style, she went above and beyond to ensure the smooth running of the day and really ensured that our expectations were exceeded. We are so glad to have chosen Jacaranda as our wedding caterers. The food was delicious (as also specifically noted by very many of our guests), the service was slick and overall they really went the extra mile to make our day so perfect. Utter perfection for our daughter's wedding
I cannot recommend Jacaranda's team more highly. Minty is far far more than a catering specialist, she is full of ideas, and wisdom which she shares to ensure the perfect day.
So many of our guests commented on the proactivity and friendliness of the Jacaranda team. The food was exqusitely served and very generous portions for all. I am just so sorry not to have have taken photos of the pre-dinner grazing station which was so artfully displayed, the dinner dishes, the cheeseboad, and the sweet treats for after.
Lunch the following day was another triumph

There is no praise high enough for the service received from Jacaranda, who catered our recent wedding.
Hannah, our allocated catering manager , deserves particular praise. She was incredibly responsive, helpful and energetic before the even, throughout and after.
Nothing was too much trouble; all of the staff were attentive and professional throughout. Needless to say, the food - from the first canapé to the last bite of dessert was sublime and received rave reviews from all of our guests.
We would highly recomendable Jacaranda.

We had our wedding at Ramster Hall and Jacaranda managed everything. We had a fantastic day and all our guests were very impressed with the level of service and the high quality of food.
Our wedding was managed by Hannah who did a great job. She was so organised, very friendly, approachable and made our guests feel very welcome. She was very good at solving problems as there were some changes on the day. We were very impressed with how she remained calm and managed everything.

I cannot rate Jacaranda catering highly enough. Food is such an important part of the wedding day and it was absolutely divine! The canapes were so tasty and the 3 course wedding meal was absolutely delicious. Jacaranda created a bespoke menu for us catering for myself as a vegan and non vegan guests, which was perfect. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Minty was great at keeping in touch and responding to last minute changes, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for a wonderful day.

Jacaranda were absolutely brilliant when catering for our wedding at Ramster Hall this month. The food was wonderful and all of our guests were over the moon. Even for a large wedding. - every single dish was piping hot. Jess and the staff were very attentive and not a single thing was missed. I can't recommend them enough. Outstanding!
