As our catering business has grown over the past decade and half, so has the amount of high-quality volume catering equipment that we own. We started hiring out our equipment as a side business buying British high quality kit - but now this aspect has grown to keep us almost as busy as our catering work.
Over the past decade the Christian Faversham Group has grown as a company and our equipment inventory has expanded exponentially. Our experience working with companies, public services and events of all sizes has made us aware equipment hire needs beyond the traditional range of Catering Equipment providers.
Christian Faversham Catering was the original core of the business of the Christian Faversham Group. Catering was the reputation and relationships which grew with the catering arm of our company allowing us to expand and diversify to allow the range of hire services we are proud to offer today.

We used OutsideCatering Hire for a Wedding Reception on 1st July for roughly 250 people
Peter was extremely helpful with everything and probably the best supplier we dealt with. A few bullet points to summarise.
- the only supplier to call first thing the day before the event to help organise things.
-kept us always informed of his wearabouts and time of arrival.
- good equipment (super silent 45kvh generator)
- all leads and accessories provided
- arrived on time and set up everything quickly
- helped us to save money in terms of call out costs for set up etc.
-spoke to the other suppliers

Thank you for your feed back regarding your bad experiences with 1. The BBQ that nearly melted after being filled to the brim with charcoal. 2. The B Grade white bistro chairs specifically ordered by you because they were 50p cheaper than A Grade chairs. 3. The brand new Burco hand wash station that was returned after two weeks hire reporting that it didn't work. Our event advisers have now been asked to give advice in the use of charcoal BBQs and we now remind customers to call our 24/7 helpline of they experience operating difficulties with brand new hand wash units. Very bad experience, old equipment that does not work and not PAT tested. Extra unauthorised charges taken out of account. No invoices or credit card slips submitted despite asking repeatedly. Took six weeks to get a response and still no explanation. Now being investigated by the Coop Bank. Untrustworthy, don't think a company of this caliber will last for long.

Hired a variety of equipment for a BBQ from Christian Faversham group (through their outside catering hire company). The BBQ itself twisted out of shape when up to temperature and was useless, not good with 92 mouths to feed. Our collection day was arranged and no-one turned up, my wife stayed in from 08:00 to 20:00 with 2 children for no reason.
Complaining about both of these points to the General manager was useless and no compensation was offered. In fact, we were charged for the replacement of 2 damp tables, despite the fact they were left outside on the sunny day that they did collect their
