We were interested in a house advertised by them, asked multiple times if any more pictures are available as only pictures on site was of the garden. Asked if we could have an online viewing as we was unable to travel at the time. But was told no, to both. Apparently, viewing weren't available at the time as the house was still being renovated. We've been promised we'll get an update as soon as viewings are happening. Just to find out today that the house is sold, but for us, the viewing wasn't available. Big disappointment. Doubt we'd ever look for a house through them again.

Recently sold my house with Belong and the service I received was outstanding.
Richard did every viewing and gave feedback following each viewing. He made himself available evenings and weekends via mobile should we need him and worked as a mediator between the buyers and ourselves.
The quality of the photos and videos was superb.
Richard has even advised us whilst we’ve been purchasing another house.
Really competitive prices, I honestly thought with the concierge service they offered they would be very expensive and, they’re actually lower than most local estate agents.

We recently bought a property where ‘Belong where the appointed agent on behalf of the vendors. We dealt with Richard Pardoe from start to finish and we were really impressed on how he handled the viewings with the vendors, being able to to get us an appointment to see the property at short notice.

We've just said goodbye to Katie and James at Belong (28/5/21) It’s been a tricky move for us all told when the onward purchase fell through and delayed matters with our buyers (who also used Belong) But Katie juggled and kept us all informed and kept the deal together! Every time I called, the phone was answered and our queries dealt with in a friendly, prompt and professional manner. I must mention James’ fantastic photography skills. Recently used Belong Estate Agents as a buyer and received a fantastic service! Richard was incredibly professional, friendly and approachable; he was always on hand to answer questions, liaise between the vendor and ourselves (even out of hours and at weekends) and always helped to resolve any issues that arose.
