Booked an appointment to view a property in Huddersfield - I made it abundantly clear that I have a limited time frame and this time slot was the only one I have as I would be coming over from the other side of Yorkshire. I arrived to view the property and no one was there - called the office only to be told they couldn't make it as they had a clash of timings!!!
Made no attempts to remedy the situation and left me with a waste of time money and fuel.
I suggest you find other agents who are organised and know what they're doing as this estate agency is shockingly inept

Rude, unprofessional, and an overall really bad experience with them!
The lettings department have no idea whats going on as they constantly tell you different things! This obviously led to us not trusting anything they said, so we would always request things in writing...but did we see anything in writing?!?!
We were without heating and electricity for over 24 hours at one point and we just got ignored and told “your landlord Is dealing with it”. Again, no professionalism. They thought it was okay to leave 3 tenants with no heating or electricity in the middle of winter.

Not to be trusted
last year I applied with cornerstone for a rental.
I paid the fees and was told that the property was available, with 10 weeks to Christmas the timing could be perfect (Christmas in a new place). I'm a single parent with a 6 year old child.
Logistics can be more complicated with a child, so decided to pack and get ready for the move. weeks past and I had to call the agent only to be told they had issues with the utilities.
I remained in contact with them as they did not communicate with me unless I called them, still problems with the property it came apparent that we would

Absolutely the worst experience!! As a prospective tenant, I found the Lettings Department at Huddersfield to be incredibly dishonest, rude, lacking empathy and unprofessional. They changed a viewing last minute to a day when I work. I was told if I couldn't make the new day then it was "tough". It meant nothing that I was the first person to call about the property. The property didn''t get tenanted and went back on Rightmove so arranged another viewing. I was told the wrong day so had to rearrange another day. The two people who work there gave contadictory information about the property. Alex

Sold my house recently with them. At first, members of staff seemed eager to help and lovely.
As soon as we got started however we were spoken to with a short and uninterested tone. We were made to feel like an inconvenience when our first buyers pulled out (which happens all the time).
At one point, we received multiple offers and were heavily pressured by the agency to go with a lower offer so they could have a quick sale. After asking for a day to think about it, the owner rang us an hour later to tell us to take the offer. It came across as pushy, not thinking of us, the client, at all.

A truly deceptive outfit. They make the property look bigger in the brochure then it actually is. One property they made the drive look like it could hold 6 cars. I travelled 80 miles to view this. When i got there it barely holds one. They did the same with the inside made the rooms look much more spacious then actually is. Rude staff who don't turn up then make out you are wrong.

Called to view a place. Told "people are interested" but "house still available". Made 400 mile round trip to view. Agent a no show. Called again and told house sold and that, they'd tried to call but "maybe got a wrong digit". Haven't met an agent yet that doesn't take: mobile, email, everything - and then double check when there is the chance of a sale. (Especially with a cash purchase.) Didn't think to check incoming calls/time? I can think of 4-5 ways of finding an email address or phone number with only a first and last name.
