Your central Cambridge home for Reformer Pilates and personal training! Reformer Pilates is performed on a simple to use Pilates machine. Reformer Pilates is popular in London and cannot be found in any Cambridge gym. This unique piece of equipment is fun to use and an excellent way to focus on isolated muscle groups or total body.

Reformer Pilates is unmatched in its unique exercises that promote long and lean muscle growth along with a natural ability to alleviate back and body pains. This new way to exercise will draw attention to core strength and stability, as well as emphasize alignment to help promote a balanced body. Services
Molly has practiced yoga for ten years, and brings her experience as a ballet dancer to her teaching. Molly danced with the Washington Ballet, and has performed on the stages of the Kennedy Center and Lincoln Center. Molly received her undergraduate degree from Harvard University and completed her graduate studies here at Cambridge University.
Please note that in all of our classes (including specialty classes) we focus on the whole body. We utilize dynamic movement planes to increase the health of your spine, and limit repetitive movements in a single direction. Check out Juice's online class schedule where all reservations are done. As always, your first class is half price!
Juice offers a heart oriented and playful yoga class suitable for mixed levels. In this class we will pay particular attention to the Universal Principles of Alignment to ensure balanced action and ultimate freedom. Yoga mats are provided at the studio but please feel free to bring your own if you'd like.
Juice's Personal Training sessions use state of the art reformer equipment. Personal Training is available on a one to one basis and a Duet basis. Duets are ideal for those who like to exercise with a friend and receive individual attention to help achieve their goals. Personal Training is available to anyone.
This 4 week boot camp will help get you toned and feeling fabulous. This isn't like your typical boot camp, we will fuse the magic of the reformer machine with heart pulsing mat-based exercises to burn fat. We will also build lean muscle with resistance training and keep you encouraged throughout the session with motivational instruction and music.
