Training with Stephen is awesome!
Before starting training I wasn't happy with my body confidence but I was too nervous about going to the gym on my own. Stephen was great at putting me at ease with different exercises and this training environment allowed me to push myself and learn things I would never have been able to do on my own. While training with him I was off for a period of time due to being ill with a virus, I was nervous about coming back to sessions after recovering but he coached me through that and got me up to being stronger than before in what felt like no time! Before working with Steve I was wanting to improve my fitness and be consistent with it but could not seem to motivate myself. I have been seriously ill in the past and had irrational fears around causing myself injury so found excuses to not work out.
Steve helped me remind myself of what I’m capable of and that in turn drove me to really start regaining my fitness.
After a couple of months at a consistent level Steve was really supportive over my desire to go it alone and be accountable for myself and my motivation. I am now consistently working out 4/5 times a week and enjoying my life more

Steven is a great instructor for me. I started my training session last November. I was disappointed with my body figure with so much fat. Since my session with Steven, I have achieved much greater muscle strength and I am very confident to have a much better figure in the near future. On top of this, Steven is very responsible for the coaching. Even when I was unable to attend the face-to-face training session due to the social distance during the spread Covid-19, we managed to have virtual training sessions online. It was an amazing experience!

I've used Steve for over year now to help keep me on track. I run a business that really kicked off (in a good way) a while ago and I just found that I couldn't get myself to exercise as much as I used to anymore due to time constraints. Checking in with Steve and having him give me endless tips on diet/workouts and overall wellbeing has been invaluable to me. Having sustaining multiple serious injuries from a car accident - resulting in muscle and power reduction, Steve had been instrumental in helping me feel stronger and fitter in those tough first few months. Through video sessions he was able to guide me through exercises which I was able to progress with week on week, and he was able to keep up the enthusiasm and motivation. Steve is just an upstanding guy who is passionate about helping his clients fulfil their goals. In the short time I've been with him I've gained much more upper-body strength, which is something I've never had prior to meeting Steve (even went rock climbing for the first time to try out my newfound strength)! I absolutely hate working out and he manages to make it tolerable, dare I say fun. He also does online coaching for anybody who's not near Cambridge, to good results from what I've heard. Highly recommended.
