I was after some good treats for my dog, Boo, he is recovering from a hip replacement and needs to be entertained, the deer leg keeps him quiet and happy for ages, he also loves the chickens feet, the prices are good and the delivery was really quick ☺️

I placed an on line order which was totally refunded the next day. There was no explanation of why the order was refunded so I sent a message and have not received a reply. The products I ordered are still available on the web site but the price has increased.

Unfortunately they had supply issues with the products that I had ordered. However after calling them for an update on my order, I was able to receive a refund instantly. I would definitely be willing to order again in the future.

We took our puppy here for a harness fitting! Friendly and really helpful staff, we will definitely return when she outgrows this harness to get fitted for a new one! She also can’t wait to try some of those amazing natural treats they have in the shop

I've ordered from here quite a few times via the website. The site is easy to navigate with lots to choose from. Everything I've ordered has been of a high standard and my two dobermanns love everything I order particulary the furry rabbit ears. Delivery is fast and well packaged. Excellent service from beginning to end. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Ordered twice and the goods you receive are absolutely fine. The issue is communication, you get no response to emails, messages and Facebook reviews that are negative get either inappropriate responses or none. This is a shame as the products are fine. My advice.... don't necessarily avoid but use a payment method such as PayPal.

Wrong size bowl sent and it was damaged with marks on outside, rust marks underneath rim and marks to inside base of bowl. Emails ignored. Tried using messenger via website but replies stopped once they’d established faults and had offered me a refund, which I want to accept. Do not buy from them.
