Should be ashamed of your louzy service. You charge £7.30 for a delivery service which takes about a month. Lied about the delivery date and than totally ignored my messages. You also ignored my request to cancel my order and a few days later you changed the status of the order to shipped. Lack of professionalism and consideration towards your paying customers. I will not use your services again and I will make sure to warn my friends and fellows dog owners about you.

They and other businesses
have had a rough time during Covid and after...they will be back on track..stay with them...
their food is top quality and their drivers are very polite and helpful.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
They are beyond USELESS. By far the worst communication I’ve ever experienced from a company. I’m now on my 3rd message to ask where my order is and still no reply. I’ve tried calling and it goes to answer phone explaining no one is in the office as they are short staffed. They shouldn’t be accepting orders and payments if they can’t fulfil them!!

Terrible service, deliveries promised that don't turn up, my order was due Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, I would be told which day. Nothing. Chased on Thursday, it will come tomorrow. Chased on Friday as my freezer was empty, they can't even give me a day next week when it might be. Probably the worst customer service I have had.
This is not the first time, I used them years ago and stopped because of this. Gave them another chance as they are supposed to have improved I've had one out of 5 orders go smoothly. Would not recommend.

My partner placed an order for retail. It arrived a month late, half was missing. We weren't aware of the lack of product until it was delivered. The boxes the food were stored in were soggy and falling apart. The labels were falling off. Its now been over a week and we haven't received a refund or any more communication. Such a shame they don't seem to value customers.

Meat is ok quality, but service or shall I say delivery isn't. It's flippin awful. I've been customer of theirs for years and service is getting worse. Same excuses all the time, either vehicles broken down, happens alot . Or the processing side have broken down or not enough staff. Lately they don't have the meat I've ordered, so take it off the website. I have to keep chasing them up, excuse I get is we going to ring you. Well does help if you ring before my order is to arrive that day. Not impressed, need to get your act together

Really disappointing customer service, broken promises and missing products. I don't think I've had a single order that hasn't had something missing. And refunds are incredibly difficult to get agreed and processed. And no update on problems or delays - think its time to find a new supplier. Considering all the past issues with quality of products, I would have hoped they would have made more effort with valuing their customers.

After a few recurring issues, I’m starting to think twice about buying again from them. Paying flat rate for shipping but only receiving half (or even less) of the items on the day. No prior warning when items are sold out until the items (or lack there of) arrive at the door. Not only that, refund is never EVER mentioned. I usually end up paying a higher price then given a cheaper substitute with no acknowledgement or even offer of a
refund. Sure, I have let it go because it’s usually a few pounds but I mean, come on guys....it’s just rude and bad practice.
Otherwise the food quality seems

Absolutely shocking. Waited a week for over due order that i paid next day delivery on only half of it came. Charged for full order as well as had to buy from else where for a week. Not worth the stress feel like driving up there as there customer service makes you angry also i do not like being robbed of my hard earned cash. What a joke of a company constantly fighting with them. Buyer be warned

Have never received a complete order and we are never informed that products will be missing until the order arrives. No compensation offered or given either. Such a shame because our dog enjoys the food but the service has been terrible and we are now looking elsewhere. However, we will still be in touch to get our money back for several orders worth of missing product.
