I was just browsing on my phone,and came across the comments from customers,which are largely very positive,however I was quite annoyed with the negativity from the person who wasn't even a customer.I'm not a customer,but visit the shop every so often to deliver parcels to Mike the owner.As a big animal lover,I'm always interested in what is in there.
Mike has always been very friendly and was happy to explain about the lovely bird,who was a rescue and had lost feathers which were unlikely to grow back.The shop is clean and well run,and Mike shows he has a passion and knowledge,and will be happy

Popped in today and have no intention of going back. Sub adult and adult tarantulas kept in deli pots, they can't even spread out properly nevermind molt. The poor bird in the front has pulled out half its feathers. 4 carpets python kept in 1 viv, far too small for such a group. Poor selection and really a sad place to visit. I hope the owner sees this and does better. If you've lost passion then find it again or sell up, the beautiful animals you have deserve better.

I visited Rattlesnake Canyon today with my son who is Reptile obsessed and I cannot praise this shop enough. The guy who works/owns the shop was fantastic with us and especially my son, he gave us so much of his time and showed us around his vast array of reptiles. His knowledge and customer care is second to none.
This shop can cater for all your reptile needs and the helpfulness of the staff make it an absolute pleasure to visit.

Been going to this shop for years. Its a all round fantastic shop!! The owner is awesome always willing to help with any problems with your pets or look them over. His the only shop i will take my reptiles too.
He offers a very wide variety of reptiles including venomous! He also stocks a large variety of pet supplies from spiders to cats!!! One stop shop for all your animals needs!

Great shop. Plenty of interesting species and morphs to look at, all kept in clean conditions with proper setups. Very knowledgeable owner, always happy to take on questions and help as best he can. It's a small shop, so don't expect a full zoo worth of animals. But if you're after great animals with the correct advice on how to do things, you'll struggle to do better.
