I ordered a numnah online to stop my saddle slipping. I checked delivery and it stated 3-5 days. I heard nothing a week later so contacted them. There was a fast response but said they were awaiting the stock. They shouldn’t withdraw your money if the item isn’t in stock and you should be informed immediately. Do 2 stars as they refunded the money when I asked. I won’t be buying from them again. :(

ONLINE ORDERS - AVOID AT ALL COST: I'm giving one star for their online services. Three weeks of waiting instead of 5 days (as written on their website). The store itself might be good.
They let you buy items that are out of stock which means your order can't be processed but you still have your money taken straightaway. If you don't contact them, you will not have any updates. I ordered several items including boots that were apparently out of stock. I asked for another size, being between 2 sizes it could work. The employee explained they would have to check the warehouse and get back to me

Ordered and paid for nearly one month ago. Despite numerous phone calls, which sometimes get answered, sometimes the phone just rings, and emails, sometimes get answered, mostly get ignored, the people on one phone line cannot deal with online orders! the package has still not been delivered.
I managed to finally speak to someone and was told that they had mucked up due to their new online site, then nothing, then I chased again and was finally emailed stating item had been delivered and now they are investigating with Royal Mail. So I have paid nearly a month ago and have to chase up every day

Placed an order for flexi buckets on 22/11/19. Never arrived. It seems, as others have experienced, this organisation are not keen to help cutomers or resolve problems. I have tried endlessly to get a clear answer. First it was Red Gorilla, who didn't supply; then couriers the problem. Never received any tracking information. Still waiting and they refuse to cancel the order and refund and repeatedly tell me to look out for the tracking! What tracking? I'd steer well clear of them if I was you. For the star that is there - read 'No Stars'. But the review wouldn't even send without offering a star

Quality is good, price is also reasonable but the staff is a bit rude to be honest. I asked to try on a helmet wasn't too much of a problem but after I tried a few more the staff that served me was getting annoyed and a bit rude.
