They converted the shop from a laundrette (The Coin Wash) into a pet shop. Since Grandpa passed away in 2007, Stuart (my brother) and I took over the running of the shop along with my Nana (91) who still comes down to the shop Monday to Friday.

From 2007, the shop has gone from strength to strength and we have extended our shop, made our stock room smaller allowing more room in the shop for products to be displayed and more recently opened upstairs as part of our shop.Nana said she was "Very honoured to have been recognised and I still have no idea who nominated me!"

Brilliant pet shop and fast delivery sometimes same day delivery and the staff on the phone very polite and very friendly I live in Congleton and the last couple of times I have ordered its been same day delivery u can not get better than that..so if u want a reliable pet shop use this one pet food supplies u can not beat it for low prices and fast delivery

Poor customer service was promised a phone call back and no action taken 3 weeks later they still don't have a clue. They even put it in there diary obviously the customer doesn't matter just the money in the till

Fantastic local place to go grab your fishing baits, they have a good range and it's expanding all the time. there's also a very good range of match and carp terminal tackle from well known company's like korda. there winter baits will be soon on the shelf ready for your cold days on the bank. highly recommended 👌

Fabulous place, the lady there was so knowledgeable and clearly knew her stuff in advising me which food to get, I knew the brand I wanted but she was able to tell me to avoid the poultry flavours as that could be what's causing her allergy.

Supplies were getting low and we had been putting off going out to stock up. But when things got drastic, I had to call Pet Food Supplies last night to place an order. They got everything ready for collection this morning and I paid by online banking so we were all fully social distanced! Lovely, polite and friendly staff dropped my items at the door so I could load up the car. They also do deliver within a couple of days, but I had left it too late! First class, thank you.

Fabulous service and fair prices. Since the Covid-19 Situation I have been ordering over the phone and have received really helpful recommendations as I neeeded some extra bits to keep my very active bulldog… puppy happy now his walks have decreased. He is very happy with his delivery this morning and is enjoying his bone in the garden. Thank you! ☺️

I didnt know that this shop existed until Christmas, as I live in Buxton. They have just sold my old saddle for me and have got a huge collection of second hand horsey things. It's really worth a visit! Thankyou for your great service!

A superb Pet Food and accessories supplier. Everything you need for Dogs, cats, poultry, cage birds, horses, small animals and reptiles. The staff are marvelous and very knowledgeable. You can pick premeasures to full bags of food and seeds, or ask for your own amount.
There's parking outside and the prices are very reasonable.
