Tracey is just gorgeous, she is so attentive with Bailey & she is so patient with him. She is always on time, very communicative & super friendly. Bailey is very happy to be left with Tracey & clearly shows his affection for her. He always looks superb when she’s finished - I am very happy repeat customer and I can’t recommend Tracey more highly!

We entrusted our 4 month old puppy for his first introduction to grooming to Tracy, and are so pleased we did. She clearly loves dogs, and is so caring and loving with them (even when they are a bit of a nightmare fidget that won’t stay still!) He has now had two further grooms with her and she knows how to handle him, and does a lovely job with his tricky to groom coat (he is a miniature labradoodle.) We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pawgeous and Tracy.

Tracey was brilliant. I have two beagles 11 and 10 years old and they had never been groomed. Tracey settled their nerves and they came out of the van gleaming and happy. They had the de-shedding treatment. Would definitely recommend. Tracey was also very patient with me as I had misunderstood about needing to plug into the mains and hadn’t saved a Parking spot outside the house. She did everything to make sure the appointment wasn’t missed and luckily we were okay.

I am writing this review at the request of my mum who had her Cocker Spaniel, Henry groomed. The groomer was friendly, took time to get to know the dog until he was relaxed and comfortable. Also provided a lovely cut that suited him. She was passionate about her work and showed an interest in the dog.

Met Tracey for the first time on arrival at grooming salon. She was informative and lovely to chat with. Left my dog for grooming and was really impressed with the quality of his cut and how much attention to detail Tracey put into him. I think even the dog had a good time because he came home bouncing!
