Sadly didn’t live up to the hype for us. The range of kids’ glasses is good but the service wasn’t up to what we experienced at Vision Express. It’s slow to get appointments and they’re rather sterile once you’re there. Two hundred pounds later and his glasses don’t fit properly and slip down his nose. Despite having negative covid tests they won’t see him until his cold has gone. He’s four and goes through the regular cycle of getting a runny nose from nursery so we’ll probably have to find a different optician to rectify it.

As always I felt I counted and received excellent care. Wendy answered all my questions and gave me a gentle reminder about my home eyecare. I spent a long time looking at new frames and felt there was no pressure to buy straight away. Am awaiting new deliveries and know that the help will be just as good when I come in to try them on. Over the years I've found Wendy Diddams Eye Care Centre to be excellent in every respect. Wendy came up with a brilliant solution for my deteriorating eye sight and I now wear one contact lens that corrects for distance and my other eye does the close up work - its fantastic!
