Accomodations are very good and the staff are friendly. Dinner was good and, again, the staff were great. At breakfast, there was just one server who was struggling on his own. I'm not sure why there's a buffet during a pandemic, though I assume they attempted to seat all guests close together to make the service easier. It felt unsafe. Other than breakfast (which also featured powdered eggs for scrambled eggs), the experience was very good.

My son and I recently spent 2 nights at the Piersland on a golf trip to Scotland. It was a delightful experience. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurant is fabulous. Our accommodations were perfect and the staff was great. I highly recommend staying here if you’re ever in Troon. I will definitely be going back.

We recently visited The Piersland Lodge in Troon to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. We were warmly greeted from the start and not just by the living fire in the dining room. There was a great choice on the menu and what we ordered more than tickled our taste buds. Also the serving staff were at hand to see to our needs without them being overbearing. Would we go back ? Yes !

Well where do i start :) We stayed for 3 nights Fri-Mon as we held our wedding here on Saturday 4th September. We had a beautiful meal on the Friday night and we were looked after well by Billy. I had family visiting from Bristol so that was a fantastic start to the weekends festivities. The wedding day itself was more than we could ever have hoped for and everything ran smoothly. Martin is an absolute credit to the company and kept us all calm, reassured and we had A LOT of laughs. The hotel is stunning, the food was fantastic, the drinks were flowing and the sun was shining. An absolutely fantastic
