Our priority is to provide the best possible mortgage advice to our clients and that requires the best mortgage advisers. We have access to the UK's leading mortgage lenders - those you have heard of and some that you most likely have not. We review your overall finances, from everyday income and outgoings to long term goals and ambitions.
A remortgage is when you update the mortgage product on your current property. It doesn't necessarily pay to be loyal to your current lender. You may find it far more beneficial to search the market for a product that suits you better. When your existing deal comes to an end, your current lender will move you to their SVR (Standard Variable Rate) and this is likely to be highter than what you have been used to paying.
If you were to die while you still have a mortgage, how would your partner and family cope with the payments? Life insurance cover guarantees that your family will be protected if the worst happens while you still have a mortgage (or any other outstanding liabilities as covered in the policy). If you die within a set term, a tax-free lump sum is paid out to clear your outstanding mortgage balance.

When a critical illness is diagnosed, it can leave patients unable to work to full capacity and result in loss of income.
Serious illness insurance cover is designed for life threatening or advanced stage illnesses. It pays out a tax-free lump sum based on the severity of an illness or disability. Serious Illness Cover will pay you based on the severity of the condition that you claim for. This kind of policy is unlikely to be suited to people with pre-existing medical conditions.

Dean Harrison went above and beyond for us in securing us a great mortgage deal. Dean initially secured us a great deal but prior to signing he phoned us up saying he had found an even better mortgage offer saving us a further 0.2% interest. We will definitely use him again and is highly recommended.
