Kingston Mortgages got recommended to us by our friends when we started the process of purchasing our first house. KMS were absolute lifesavers throughout our whole buying process. Noel guided us through the whole quagmire of mortgages with respect and without trying to up-sell us, something we really needed as first time buyers. Covid delayed everything but Noel was always available and responsive even though we had to wait months to finally be able to go back to viewings. After the first lockdown, the lender we had got our Decision in Principal with lowered their offer which would have been a huge issue, but Noel managed to sort us out with an even better offer elsewhere. I have had a very good experience dealing with Ben at Kingston Mortgages. I had tried other brokers previously but they were quite unhelpful and made out that the amount I could borrow was quite small.
Ben on the other hand seemed to have a much more thorough understanding of the industry and when combined with his can do attitude was able to secure me a loan of over twice what other brokers were offering.
KMS were professional and approachable if I had any questions. Would thoroughly recommend them, especially Ben.

We were unsure on our options for remortgaging our home and Kingston mortgages offered us excellent independent advice which allowed us to view the best deals across the market as appose to remortgaging with the same lender. I recently asked Chris and James to review my life cover insurance policies as we have just moved house. After going through them they advised me to stay with my existing policies as we had excellent cover and they didn't want to sell one of their policies just to get a sale.
