What I like most about Andy is that when faced with complications with a mortgage application, he always seeks a viable solution or set of alternative options to present the customer with - this is not something others always do. His knowledge and awareness of the market seems to give him a competitive edge. I have never been required to tell or provide Andy with the same information twice, he is extremely good at capturing his clients' individual position
