This is the most awful lender you could ever encounter. They were extremely incompetent, unprofessional, and slow. My mortgage application was dragged on for nearly one year and they still kept finding ridiculous excuses to prolong the process, during which I have lost thousands of pounds on legal, valuation, admin etc. In the end I was so fed up I actually found another lender who completed the whole thing within a month. AVOID at all costs!!!

If you are looking for finance, don't touch this outfit. They represent all the traits which give lenders a bad name - slow, incompetent and bureaucratic. The directors couldn't run a bath, let alone a sensible and commercial lending operation.
