Holbrook Property Finance was established at the height of the credit crisis in 2010. The Company's focus has continually been the provision of honest advice and forward thinking financial solutions, including investment and protection, for a huge range of clients from first time buyers to high net worth individuals.
As Managing Director, Daniel manages the broker, insurance, wealth management and administration teams. He also continues to assist clients with their finance needs and is passionate that every client receives exceptional service. His career in the industry began with a role in an independent financial advisory firm and was followed by several years working for Mayfair brokerages.

Cannot praise the the knowledge, professionalism and attention we have just received from Holbrook Property Finance. It really felt like we were in safe hands at every stage if the process. Ivan was knowledgable and gave some clear options for us to chew over.
Alice was a star in pushing the process forward once the legalities were underway and was instrumental in getting things over the line in a timely fashion. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Alice and Ivan went above and beyond for us whilst we were in the process of buying our first home, this was a very stressful time as we met quite a few hurdles along the way, but they were always on hand to help us resolve issues that I didn’t believe was even in their duty. We would highly recommend Holbrook property finance. Ivan done our mortgage for us and helped from start to finish, we wouldn’t of done it without him! After what has felt like a nightmare few months buying our house, we couldn't be more grateful for the help of Alice at Holbrook who worked so hard to chase everyone in our chain to push our purchase along. She was constantly in touch with us to keep us in the loop and we're certain that if it wasn't for her, we would still be waiting for a few more months to have completed!
