Services
Please do not use this facility if your message is of a medical nature, this includes queries relating to your medication. For reasons of patient confidentiality we do not correspond on clinical matters. These messages are not checked by clinical staff. In this instance, you are advised to contact the Practice directly.
There are many services available to help you to stay healthy. Some of these services can be accessed directly (see below), and for others you need to be registered with a GP Practice (Surgery). When you wish to consult a GP about your medical condition, you need to contact the Surgery with which you are registered to arrange to be seen.
Reception staff attend to patients on the phone and in person. They coordinate and organise appointments and documentation to facilitate the smooth running of the Practice, and support delivery of quality patient care. The Reception Staff have a very demanding role. They are there to assist you and we would ask you to be patient during peak times, when the staff have to handle a large volume of calls and enquiries.
Please note access to the surgery before 8:00am and after 6:30pm Monday - Friday and **8:00am - 8:00pm on Saturday** is for patients with pre-booked appointments only. The telephone lines continue to open at 8:00am and close at 6:30pm Monday - Friday. Providing Evening and Weekend GP & Practice Nurse appointments for anyone living in Camden or registered with a Camden GP.
When the practice is closed, there is an out of hours emergency medical service available at all times. This service is meant for urgent and emergency problems and should not be used to avoid the inconvenience of consulting during the day. If you need out of hours help, you should telephone 111 which is a free-phone number nationwide.

I have nothing but great things to say about the practice. Being new to the city it was a challenge to pick a GP surgery but Brondesbury Medical did not disappoint. Dr Ahmad and Dr Harland are both great along with their team. Over the last 2,5 years I’ve seen many doctors for routine issues and checkups and everything was always great. Reception and phone staff are amazing and most helpful over the phone. I’ve always been seen and always timely. Great practice and I’m so happy with my GP team! Special thanks to Dr Ahmad who is simply one of the kindest doctors I have ever met. :)

Brondesbury Medical Centre contacted me about a week ago offering me to book my covid booster. I was happily surprised by the message as I wasn’t able to book an appointment through the NHS website. I came today to Kilburn Library and got my jab on record time, everything was very well organised and every single person was really nice! Thank you very much for facilitating the process and taking care of our health!

The 5 stars are for Eileen the receptionist who is kind, caring, friendly and goes out of her way to help the patients. Eileen is what a receptionist should be like.
I've phoned and visited many times and have had to talk to someone who is abrupt, mumbles and appears not to care about the patients or doing their job. There is also no extra care given even though I'm very vulnerable with a lifelong heart condition. I'm embarrassed for a surgery who has not included me in the vulnerable patient's flu jabs earlier and then send me reminders to have my jab and when I try to get one there are none

All the receptionists are very rude and lazy. I tried to register there 2 weeks ago, and the woman in the front office told me to register online. I did, and after 2 weeks I was still waiting for an answer. I have been again in the center, they checked and told me there wasn't a registration on my name. Magically the day after I was accepted. Also, i am trying to be visited by a doctor there, but according to the girls at the entrance it is impossible. I suggest to change receptionists. Health is a right, and it seems they don't care.

Yet again you ring up and you get a receptionist that one doesn't listen and two comes across very argumentative. Tried to book an appt for one of my parents didn't know date birth sorry for that. She insisted that I give her the d.o.b after telling her that she can bring up the record by using surname and by giving her the forename she puts me on hold! So I gave her the details she then says it's unusual that someone doesn't know there own parents d.o.b. how dear she question this, its her job is to provide a service to the public. If you don't know it shouldn't be made into an issue! All through

Doctors 10/10 receptionist's though give this place a very bad name. They are rude (especially the black lady) she is the rudest one in there. It's a shame that this GP's receptionists are bad mannered and useless. You need to set better standards when hiring them. I might have to move just because of that. I love the doctor's.
