Smart 1 Recruitment Ltd began out of the desire to establish a recruitment agency which focuses on the development of employees and helping clients achieve success, bringing together the human resource management and business development aspects of recruitment. I worked with Cathy some time ago trying to secure me a new role.

Fantastic company, i applied for a job, next day got a call, asked few questions, had interview, then second one and got the job. they kept in contact the whole time. have been in new job a week and they have taken time to ask of i am ok and that the job is right. Absolutely amazing experience. I rung in to see if they had any vacancies for marketing. On the other end of the phone was Cathy Strain. Such a kind, helpful and friendly soul. We got onto chatting and she kept me on the system for future job opportunities.
The following day, I was contacted by her- not for a job- but she’d actually taken my CV and edited it for me - with no gain for her, just to be of help to me in my future endeavours.

This is by far the worst agency in town. False promises of long work and good hourly rate but you are tricked into poor conditions and even worse pay. I am not the only one of late that is having issues with this place. I wasn't even paid the the morning I worked. Do yourself a favor and choose ANY other of the many agencies out there and save yourself time, effort, money and stress. One huge regret. I will go to great lengths to expose this fraudulent rat infested bunch of jackals for what they really are. Steer Clear Folks.
