The Planner's role at this high quality house builder will be to advise colleagues on potential land purchases and also contribute to managing the division's Land Bank to ensure that development sites which are either greenfield or brownfield are brought forward through the Planning System as forecasted.
You will join a well established land promoter as a key member of their Commercial team to drive the business forward. You will manage and oversee sites across the entire patch (Midlands, South West, Home Counties, Oxfordshire). The successful professional will be a key member of their land function, acquiring sites in line with the businesses growth plan.
