We've been working with top schools across the Midlands for more than 7 years. It all started back in 2010 when Flourish Education sprouted and the company directors, Grant and Louise, began operating from their home study. Grant and Louise wanted to start a company unlike the companies they had previously worked for - which were big organisations where the personal touch could sometimes get lost.
We've grown steadily over the last several years and brought in some exciting dynamic and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about what they do - finding you the best jobs in education. The people we employ are unique, there's no carbon copy of a Flourish Education consultant. We like to do things a little different, we listen carefully to our clients.
We've taken a leaf out of motivational speaker and marketing consultant, Simon Sinek's book and decided to focus a bit on the 'Why'. Why does Flourish Education do what we do. Flourish Education is best to help finding good schools for work. Natalie has been prompt to support in order to find the best job for me. The school is nearby my home and the staff is lovely. I will recommend Florish education to everyone who wants to start work sooner, without waiting..

Many thanks to Jo at Flourish Education who listened to my needs wants and wishes. She placed me in a nursery school for a couple of days week which I am loving. The placement really suits me. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Flourish Education. Joanne Street, my consultant is excellent. She really cares for candidates and does her utmost to place them with schools that will suit them!

Fantastic agency! Joanne is absolutely amazing who has a great rapport with the schools that she works with. She always makes time to ring regularly to check in and see how I'm doing. I've now been offered a full time job at a school that Jo has a very good relationship with. I can not recommend Flourish highly enough. Thankyou for helping me find my love for teaching again and placing me in schools that have certainly boosted my confidence.

I have worked for Flourish since they moved from the Hagley Road to Longbridge and they have honestly been great in getting me regular work.
