I could not recommend Bell Cornwall enough! I had a lovely introduction with Charlotte on a Monday and by the time Friday came around, I had already been offered a Job with a great company thanks to Kim. Nina was brilliant - really friendly and took the time to understand my position and desired next steps. In just a few weeks of signing up I have been able to secure a position that I wouldn't have otherwise applied for. Rachel and Jessica did a fantastic job placing me. I heard back within an hour of applying and when unsuccessful in one application process another job was recommend and I was ultimately successful securing that position. Shame I can't give zero star rating. Sent in CV speculatively and then applied for a specific role. Got the rejection e-mail from two different people, without a phone call. Glad I didn't waste my time and money booking an appointment to register. Took them almost a week to contact me. I've wide ranging experience as an administrator and… PA, so can only assume they didn't read my CV properly before replying that they had nothing suitable. Sadly, not the only recruitment consultants in Birmingham who think they can survive on reputation only!

Don’t even deserve one star. Terrible service, it’s been over a month I haven’t heard back from my ‘personal consultant’. She won’t even return my calls. Can’t believe how unprofessional they are. Absolute waste of time. Plenty other recruitment agencies out there who are much more helpful than BCR.
