I've never been satisfied with the big high street opticians, so I tried out David Snow opticians and I'm now very happy with my new glasses. The prescription is perfect and I've had so many compliments! Chris and his staff were professional and very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. This is the only opticians I'll be using from now on!

Do not use this optician, my file was transferred to him without my consent , he did my eye test and changed my prescription and provided me with glasses which I was not able to read with on my computer, laptop or ipad despite being entitled by NHS as am a tax payer and advised my workplace should provide me with one when previously my prescription covered reading glasses and was able to read with on my computer. I phoned the secretary who lied to me he would not be in on Friday but would only call me between his appointments in the hospitals. He phoned me and was arrogant and rude and not listening
