Very rude from start to finish! Rude on the initial phone call booking in the appointment however I gave them the benefit of the doubt. When I turned up for my appointment i was spoken to in an abrupt manner because I didn’t bring my current glasses (I didn’t realise I needed to and was not told) then during my appointment I was questioned as to why I am exempt from wearing a mask. After explaining the reason the optometrist then had the nerve to ask what dose of medication I was on to prove that I am exempt. Avoid.

Really impressed with David White Opticians. They sell excellent products, but the after care service is outstanding. I have had minor damage to the stem of my glasses that was my fault, but despite it being out of guarantee, David White rectified it at minimal charge. He also did some minor work a little while ago for no charge. This after care is outstanding considering they have no obligation to rectifying these issues. It demonstrates how much they value their customers and is why I'll keep going back to them. Highly recommended.
