I bought some Italian soft leather 3/4 length high boots in a lovely red colour about 4 years ago they had them in black too best boots I have ever had comfy stylish and still going strong they go with everything.love those boots would definitely go in that shop again if I ever go to London.

They need to communicate that they don't take returns - only exchanges. I said I wasn't told this when I bought them, and the man said 'well you didn't ask' I said I didn't know to ask and there was no signage to communicate the policy, he said there was but they had just cleaned the counter 😂 nice try! I was even told that they have never had a problem like this before (in 20 years!) execpt the last reviewer had the same problem!! After being told off and meant to feel in the wrong they decided to give me the refund, but what a poor customer experience.

Awful shop, bought a pair of shoes from here the other day, didn’t notice how bad the quality and discolouration was as the shop was so dark.
Tried to return the shoes but the shop owner would not let me, even shouted at me that I should know the refund policy even though he did not tell me and there is nothing in the shop to inform you of the return policy,
This shop is a rip off and only after your cash, customer service is some of the worst I have ever seen.
I would add pictures of how bad the shoes are but there is no option for this.
