We have introduced the Online Triage Service. You can get access to administrative advice without having to pick up the phone or even come in to the practice. You can avoid long waiting times on the telephone and beat the queues at the front desk. This website contains a vast range of health information and resources, along with practical information on visiting the surgery.

We hope you find it useful and informative. If you are a new patient we welcome you to the practice. We are a partnership, who are committed to providing high quality NHS medical care for individuals and families in a friendly and caring environment. We are also a fully computerised practice. Dr Rahman is not currently able to provide clinical care to his patients hence arrangements have been put in place to cover his.
Services
Pre-booked appointments 07:30am-08:00am are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We are currently registering new patient's every day between 1300-1700. When registering please ensure you bring your proof of address (utility bill/tenancy agreement dated within last 3 months), photo identification (passport or Biometric card) name/address of your previous Doctors surgery.
The practice nurses will see patients with asthma at any time during their surgery hours. Every year we offer asthmatics an asthma review. This usually involves a discussion about how well symptoms are controlled, as well as checking peak flow and inhaler technique. This is organised on Mondays and Friday AM (by appointment only) for routine six to eight week checks.
There are a number of services that residents of Haringey can refer themselves to without needing to see a doctor for a referral. Simply complete the below form for the relevant service and you can either post it yourself or drop it off to us at the surgery and we will send it to the relevant department.
The Practice is pleased to provide patients with access to its Clinical System via a Secure Web Interface. The practice has introduced the Patient Access system that allows patients to book appointments, request repeat prescriptions as well as view any allergies (if applicable). Please come in and speak to our reception team so that we can set it up for you.

If I could give this surgery is -0 I would not only is it under new management which it's should have been ages ago but this new management at actually as ridiculous and the incompetence as bad as the previous management and staff and their reception especially the male member of staff called jay or Shane he's customer service skills are wrong arrogant rude very unprofessional the way he's talking and talks to customers is beyond unprofessional he need to go on a customer care course to make matters worse I'm not even with their surgery I was following something that's taking them nearly 3 years

Terrible. No wonder why the CQC suspended the Lead doctor for 6 months. They actually don't care about you. If you care about your health don't come here.

A pleasant surprise to my normal experience. Surgery was open and set up socially distanced. Hanifa- reception staff- was very pleasant and helpful. Didn't have to wait long to be seen. Doctor Adnan Saad was warm, thorough, treated me appropriately, very positive. Overall a very positive visit, a complete turnaround from 3 days period. Hope you keep this up!

Just wanted to say how much this place has turned around recently, the new secretary is really helpful and keeps to her promises and follows up on her work. The reception team as well have really turned around and I’m glad to see the place is changing!

Apparently the only GP on site is doing admin
Very Obstructive in providing prompt Medical treatment .
Place should be shut down , just another drain on the NHS

It always hard to book appointments with them. You’ll be in a queue with them over an hour on the phone and still will get nothing out of them. My advice is just call or go to the Pharmacy instead because you’ll definitely wouldn’t be able to book appointments from this medical centre at all. Very disappointing!!!

The staff weren't compliant and the service was terrible. the staff dont care about the patients wellbeing and dont attend to them in emergencies. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GP as they aren't fit to attend patients as they should.
