If I could put - 1000 stars, I would.
This surgery has changed so much and not for the better.
I have been with this surgery since I was born. I am 28 and the change in the attitude of the receptionist staff and a couple doctors is appalling. I am so disappointed by the receptionists - they are rude and clearly do not want to be at work or help!!
They have an inconveniently backwards unhelpful system which will ensure you will waste time and loads of it!!
I am due to change my GP because the level of customer service here is terrible. The bar must be set in hell. If they want you dead they

Final straw after years of sub par service was Dr D treating my wife like a freeloader (despite is being higher band tax payers) assuming due to English not being my her first language and telling her she has to pay "like everyone else" to get the minor treatment she had already been approved and booked an appointment for! His excuse for not doing it was that he didn't want to get too close to her head and if the problem was in her leg he would have done it??? Now with another surgery and the difference is night and day. Avoid this place like your life depends on it

I’ve been with this surgery for years and it has really gone downhill in the last 3 years. It seems odd to me that the doctors do not care about the reviews and complaints that they receive and seems even more odd that the only people they can find to be receptionists are rude and unhelpful (some not all).

Worse service I've received from a Doctor's surgery!
The reception staff are impatient at best, rude and arrogant at worse. Some of them constantly talk over while I'm trying to explain. In one case I was advised to go to eConsult when clearly the issue warrant at AT LEAST a telephone call. I asserted this to the receptionist who agreed to put an appointment in the diary..
All the patient facing staff in my view need customer service training and to remember they are employed because of the patients I.e. no patients NO job! It seems they feel they have a licence for rudeness.

I popped into this surgery today with my forms to register as a new patient. My experience was one of professionalism. Both members of staff were polite and courteous. Linda dealt with my application quickly and efficiently and was knowledgeable.
My first experience of attending this surgery has been a positive one. Thank you.

Moving away from this surgery was one of the best things I have ever done. I have read the reviews here and unfortunately they mirror my experience.
I highly recommend Arcadian Gardens for those who live in proximity. The doctors here really care for their patients and you do not feel rushed or impersonal. The receptionists are also up front.
