Took one set down this morning and got them back within 2 hours, took the second set down and again got them back in record time. Excellent service from start to finish. My sofa seat cushions were past their best and were no longer comfortable. Contacted Advanced Upholstery and Hugh replied almost immediately. Old cushions collected Tuesday mid morning and new cushions delivered Thursday afternoon. What a difference. Brilliant!

I wish everyone else operated with such professionalism, responsiveness, friendliness and honesty and provided such high quality items. Replacement seat pads have made our old sofas look and feel better than when brand new and they advised against additional items which we didn't need. I recommend this company 100% and will be using them again.

Hugh did a fantastic job reupholstering our sofas. He is very professional to deal with and his attention to detail is second to none. His prices are fair and delivery times are excellent. He collects and delivers your items with his colleague Tam (Sovereign Van & Driver Hire) both taking extra care when entering and leaving your property not to mark any floors or walls etc. We highly recommend using Advanced Upholstery and Sovereign services! 👍

We needed 6 dining room chairs reupholstered as the original leather covers were starting to crack. We called in at Advanced Upholstery Services and chose a suitable material and were given a fixed price.
Our chairs were uplifted on the Monday morning and we did not expect them back until the Friday. However we received a phone call on the Tuesday morning to tell us our chairs were ready. They were delivered within an hour of the phone call.
We were delighted with the first class job that had been done and with the overall service provided.

Excellent friendly and super efficient customer service! I called and explained my need for a firmer and more comfortable armchair seat. Within the same day they were able to do the job and deliver it to me - I’ve not been this impressed in forever! Will definitely recommend to others and will use again to reupholster my sofas and chairs. Ten out of ten!

I had a problem with my Marks and Spencer Abbey settee. Hugh the owner and upholsterer was very friendly and helpful on email and on the phone to solve this problem. He even made a special trip to my house to double check I was completely happy.
The professionalism and honesty I cant praise highly enough. I would say Hugh and his staff are a 5 star plus Company. If you have any issues with your Upholstery I would highly recommend this local business.

I'm a total newbie to this and Hugh was very responsive via email and helped with any questions I had. Audrey picked up my suite and was a delight, she had it back to me the very next day. Feel like I have a brand new sofa. Excellent quality and service, cannot recommend enough!

Advanced Upholstery was recommended to me when I needed some nail strips in a hurry. Hugh dealt with my frantic request and since then , even though we have never met, I regard him as a friend !
