I recently pre-booked a return journey to a family wedding. The booking was easy and confirmation received promptly. Both taxis were on time and the fee was extremely reasonable. Their professional attitude on the day was greatly appreciated on what can be a nervous day for all involved. I would definitely book again if I'm in the area. Well done Real Radio Cars!

Critical: Professionalism
Phoned for a taxi but apparently they had none out. The woman constructing this phone call was very rude and almost shouted at us. "I DONT HAVE ANY OUT" was the reason she gave me. This altercation has now made me fear calling taxis again.

Do not use this company! I pre-booked a taxi for 7:45 at Uphall station to take me to a place I had to work at 8:00. When no taxi had arrived by 7:50, I called the company and, without even apologising, they informed me that there was not going to be a taxi available any time soon! Why do they think people pre-book taxis? That's right: because they need to be somewhere on time! Well, I had to call my client and ask them to pick me up. I finally arrived at my workplace 15 minutes late! This left a bad impression with my client and I'm not sure if they will hire me again! Thank you, Real Taxi Caps

Wanted to book cab (in mid afternoon) to Edinburgh airport for the next morning at 7.45. After finishing a job for someone else whilst I was on the phone and taking all details for the pick up which all took several minutes I was told this cab transport would not be guaranteed due to the "school-run". No alternatives offered.
"Well done" (NOT) West Lothian cabbies - customer service = "0". Wont book with this company again....wonder how the others perform...
