On Thursday I booked online for an early morning pickup on Saturday. Pre-paid, got the email receipt.
Waited half an hour on Saturday morning. Taxi did not arrive, called several times on both numbers listed - no answer. Sent an email via the website- no answer.
They just didn't bother to turn up.
Considering the website claims that phones are manned 24/7 this is poor service.
Will be asking for a refund. Would advise using a different company.

It's been almost impossible to get a hold of anyone from this company. Every day this week, I've tried calling and emailing to confirm a booking, and haven't received a response. My biggest worry is arriving in Scotland with a group of students and have no ride when we think we have one.
The last email exchange was me giving them my card info 10am 2-3 days ago, and then nothing. The lack of communication is very stressful.
I have emails and call logs of my attempts to get in touch. Attached to this review are the emails and phone logs of me attempting multiple times this past week to get a hold
